• Tom Segura

  Tom Segura is a stand-up comedian, writer, actor, and podcaster. He has performed in comedy tours all over the world. Since 2010, Segura and his wife, Christina Pazsitzky, have hosted the podcast, Your Mom’s House. He also co-hosts another podcast, 2 Bears 1 Cave, with fellow comedian Bert Kriescher. His bestselling book, I’d Like to Play Alone, Please, was released in 2022. Segura has done five Netflix comedy specials, the most recent of which was Sledgehammer, which premiered on July 4, 2023. Expanding his entrepreneurial ventures, Tom has partnered with Gianba and Marlo to bring his favorite cornettos (croissants) from Pacific Palisades to share with his friends in Austin, Texas.

  

• Gianba Vinzoni

  Gianba Vinzoni grew up in Bonassola, Italy. He first discovered his love of cooking while spending time in the kitchen with his grandmother as a child. After a five-year career as an Italian Navy Seal, Gianba began working in a kitchen in Bonassola. Although he started out with no experience, cooking soon became a passion and a lifelong career. He moved to Los Angeles in 1995, where he served as Head Chef at the Soho House in West Hollywood, Executive Sous Chef at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, and Executive Chef at Fig and Olive. In March 2019, Gianba and his wife, Marlo, launched Cinque Terre West in Pacific Palisades, California, where he brought simple, delicious food, inspired by his Italian background and local California cuisine, to their beloved community. With the launch of Ciccio Bomba, he is now bringing his world-class baking to Austin, Texas.

  

• Marlo Vinzoni

  Born and raised in San Francisco, Marlo Vinzoni has always harbored a passion for connecting with people. During her college days in San Francisco and NYC, she worked in various restaurants. Marlo possesses a natural ability to entertain, host, and create unforgettable experiences. In March 2019, Marlo and her husband, Gianba, launched Italian restaurant Cinque Terre West in Pacific Palisades, California. Her passion for crafting unique, memorable dining environments permeates throughout each of their businesses. She has entertained A-list celebrities such as Denzel Washington, Anne Hathaway, Esai Morales, Denise Crosby, and Anna Faris. With the opening of Ciccio Bomba, Marlo and Gianba are now sharing their talents with Austin, Texas.
